The management of NextBio Research Private Limited (NBR) wholly believes in the maxim ‘Employees are our greatest assets’. We understand that their performance and attitude can either make or break the organization. No effort is spared in ensuring that we bring in the best to work at NBR and bring out the best in them when at NBR.

At NBR, people management, also known as human resource management (HRM), includes the tasks of recruitment, management, and providing ongoing support and direction. These roles comprise the following: compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training. Some of the key areas that we focus on at NBR, for the overall performance, development and well-being of all our employees include:

Verticals

We go to lengths to ensure that all our employees have appropriate training and education suitable to performing their job functions. This involves screening and hiring the right candidates and providing them with pre-employment instruction related to their position, the company and their role in the workplace. Once at NBR, the employee is helped to develop goals and objectives. A regular evaluation and feedback on performance and the employee’s ability to meet position expectations is provided. As an ongoing function, the employee is also aided to grow in their positions, encouraging them to accept greater levels of responsibility, if desired, and to advance within the company.

The Leadership Team again is the final voice in conflict resolution, settling employee grievances, taking disciplinary action and making decisions with regard to employee recognition and promotion. This is done in a fair and objective manner and to help employees meet their professional potential.

Teamwork between individual employees and departments is completely encouraged and supported at NBR. Though decision making is delegated to employees as deemed, the leadership team remains ultimately responsible for overseeing progress and helping with dispute resolution, should problems arise. Furthermore, they ensure team members are performing their respective duties, staying within budget and remaining on deadlines.
